L\u2019objectif de la barre au sol est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la souplesse, la force musculaire, et la posture des danseurs (ou des pratiquants non-danseurs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les exercices, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s assis ou allong\u00e9s sur le sol, permettent de travailler en profondeur les muscles tout en r\u00e9duisant les contraintes sur les articulations.
